Yes I agree. There are many poor Asian drivers, especially Chinese.
Some of the worst I've seen are in East Vancouver & Richmond.
While Chinese there arent the only offenders, East Van is generally a very dangerous area of town to drive. Drive there at your own risk.
One thing Ive noticed about Chinese is many either dont know theyve made a mistake, dont give Right if way, nor will admit when theyve made a mistake.

We often had to deal with people like that wandering the streets in the middle of the night, waiting for a bus at 3.00am, or calling a cab and not knowing where they need to go. They are mostly harmless and simply in a heightened state of confusion...often for failing to maintain their medication regimen.
