Geneticists identify groups of chromosomes called haplogroups, 'genetic fingerprints' that define populations.
According to Mulders, Hitler's dominant haplogroup, E1b1b, is relatively rare in Western Europe - but strongest in some 25 percent of Greeks and Sicilians, who apparently acquired the genes from Africa: Between 50 percent and 80 percent of North Africans share Hitler's dominant group, which is especially prevalent among in the Berber tribes of Morocco, Algeria and Tunisia, and Somalis.
More surprising still, perhaps, is that Hitler's second most dominant haplogroup is the most common in Ashkenazi Jews.

The team found that four founders were responsible for 40 percent of Ashkenazi mitochondrial DNA, and that all of these founders originated in Europe. The majority of the remaining people could be traced to other European lineages.

As for the difference between Ashkenazi and Sephardi Jews... Only Ashkenazi's can be singled out with DNA testing, as Sephardi Jews are too intermingled with other Euro DNA to come up with any reliable figures. Basically Sephardi are Jewish mutts, and DNA testing is useless in their case.
And as far as Hitler being gay, etc... Not true. There are autobiographical books available that truly encompass who he was, how he came to power, et al... If you really want to know who he was, and how things went down in that era, read the book I am reading right now: Hitler, by Joachim Fest.
I can assure you this book does NOT slant in any way with favouritism given to Hitler nor the Third Reich, but is a good (if not long and tedious) read about how things actually came to be.
