Stock futures were slighter higher Tuesday morning evening following a winning day for markets as investors looked ahead to U.S. midterm elections on Tuesday.

Futures tied to the Dow Jones Industrial average rose 65 points or 0.2 as were S&P 500 futures. Nasdaq 100 futures were were up 0.45%.

Shares of Lyft fell nearly 20% premarket while Take-Two Interactive and Tripadvisor slumped more than 18% each after reporting disappointing quarterly results.

The moves come after a day when all major indexes notched a second straight positive session. The Dow Jones Industrial Average closed higher by 423.78 points, or 1.31%. Meanwhile, the S&P 500 gained 0.96%, and the Nasdaq Composite rose 0.85%.

Investors are awaiting Tuesday's midterm election results. They will determine which party controls Congress and steer future policy and spending.

Any market reaction will likely hinge on whether Republicans take back the House of Representatives, the Senate or both.

Seamajor can be a relentless asshole lmaoo..  When he gets upset with you, he'll follow you around the board like flies on shit.  I see he's doing that to Blaze on BF.

As has been mentioned before, Seamajor is incredibly thin-skinned. He is a little fella who has probably been picked on when he was a kid and he never got over it.

It's getting out of hand now

Nike has suspended its relationship with Kyrie Irving after a week where the Brooklyn Nets star was embroiled in an anti-Semitism row.

It also said it will not launch the Kyrie 8s later this month - the shoe designed by the player and company.

A Nike statement said: 'We believe there is no place for hate speech and we condemn any form of antisemitism.

To that end, we've made the decision to suspend out relationship with Kyrie Irving and will no longer launch the Kyrie 8.

'We are deeply saddened and disappointed by the situation and its impact on everyone.'

Irving was suspended by the team Thursday night 'until he satisfies a series of objective remedial measures that address the harmful impact of his conduct,' as he refused to answer whether he held any anti-Semitic beliefs following the sharing of an anti-Semitic film on his Twitter account.

He don't have to answer shit!

He is a good player. That is all that matters.

@Garraty, I do not dispute that Trump had a checkered past. if the Politics sub was still around, you would have seen that I spent 2016 criticizing his nationalist policy agenda. And I really hope he does not get the GOP nomination.

His policies though were a breath of fresh air. They yielded better results for middle income Americans than the previous four presidents combined. I don't want Trump, but his policies are needed now more than ever.

Agreed. There was such a massive difference for my family as well.

Thank goodness Biden and the Dem congress ended America's four year nightmare of peace and prosperity.
