That's fine and so have I, but we need those with platforms or better still, an office to talk about it.

Seems those in office, are mostly corrupt. We need regular folks, hard working folks, with a lick of sense, that wont be swayed by money. Like me  ac_dance

You are not wrong. But, whenever issues important to people in the middle who feel powerless is brought up by those who hold elected office, that is still a better than average day.

Last September, when the government had revealed the scope of Donald Trump's retention of classified documents, Pramila Jayapal demanded the full force of the law be used against the former president.

She even went so far as to claim that Trump "stole" the documents.

"Donald Trump stole classified documents," Jayapal said. "He put not only our national security at risk, but the security and safety of our allies around the world. He must be held accountable to the full extent of the law."

During an interview on "CNN Newsroom," Camerota asked Jayapal about her tweet and whether she believes the same standard should be applied to President Joe Biden in light of classified documents being discovered in at least two areas private to him.

During an interview on "CNN Newsroom," Camerota asked Jayapal about her tweet and whether she believes the same standard should be applied to President Joe Biden in light of classified documents being discovered in at least two areas private to him.

Don't miss out on content from Dave Rubin free of big tech censorship. Listen to The Rubin Report now.

"Should President Biden be held to that same standard?" the CNN anchor asked. "Isn't it possible that President Biden is putting our national security at risk also?"

But immediately, Jayapal began to equivocate and defend Biden.  She tried to emphasize distinction between Biden's mishandling of classified information and Trump's. Biden, Jayapal claimed, is "cooperating completely."

However, she has no way of knowing that.

After all, the White House declined to disclose the discovery for more than two months, and when it finally admitted to the existence of classified documents inside Biden's private office, it refused to disclose the second batch of documents that had already been found at Biden's private residence.

Dem hypocrisy and privilege.

Retired Harvard Law professor Alan Dershowitz said that the discovery that President Joe Biden kept classified documents from when he was vice president undermines arguments to prosecute former President Donald Trump.

"You cannot have two systems of justice unless the claims against Trump passed what I used to call the Clinton-Berger test," Dershowitz told Just the News on Wednesday, responding to the two incidents. "Now it's the Clinton-Berger-Biden test. Unless his conduct is so much more egregious and unlawful than what the three Democrats were accused of doing, you can't have a criminal prosecution of Donald Trump."

Dershowitz then stated that Biden possessed these documents when he was vice president and, unlike Trump, did not have the authority to declassify. After last year's FBI raid, Trump and former White House officials have said he declassified a range of materials when he was president.

"We know for example presidents can declassify material when they're in office, but not after they leave office," he said. "We know that vice presidents cannot declassify material."

Joe Rogan suggested on his podcast this week that the wanton violence and seeming lawlessness in various American cities may not be accidental, but rather by design.

The podcaster told former CIA agent Mike Baker on a recent episode of the "Joe Rogan Experience" that leftist billionaire George Soros, 92, "wants crime to flourish" and "funds corrosion."

Rogan noted that he had spoken to Republican Gov. Greg Abbott about George Soros and that Abbott explained the billionaire's modus operandi, particularly as it regards exerting influence over American law and politics.

"He's playing like a global game ... and he enjoys doing it," Rogan added.

TheBlaze reported this week on revelations that Soros' nonprofit system, the Soros Network, has funneled nearly $21 billion into left-leaning politics since 2000.

Open Secrets indicated that Soros was the "top individual super PAC donor for the 2022 midterm election," having contributed at least $126 million to leftist super PACS in the last election cycle.

The Law Enforcement Legal Defense Fund indicated in a recent report that, as of June 2022, the U.S. had "at least 75 Soros-Backed social justice prosecutors, supported through campaign dollars and/or Soros-funded progressive infrastructure groups."

It's boggles the mind how one socialist oligarch is allowed to finance so many ills that plague a nation.

The LELDF report claimed that in 2021, the 75 Soros-backed "social justice prosecutors" who now represent "1 in 5 Americans or more than 72 million people" oversaw "more than 40% (9,000+) of the approximately 22,500 homicides in the US occurred in areas."

Scouse and I been talkin' 'bout this for years lol.

That's fine and so have I, but we need those with platforms or better still, an office to talk about it.

Federal vaccine advisers have expressed their outrage that government scientists and the pharmaceutical company Moderna neglected to share damning data about its new booster shot during discussions about whether it should be foisted upon the public.

According to a CNN report published Wednesday, the infection data that was conveniently withheld from both U.S. Food and Drug Administration and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention vaccine advisers last summer "suggested the possibility that the updated booster might not be any more effective at preventing Covid-19 infections than the original shots."

Pssst, this never was funny. It was stupid from the first time you posted it which is why nobody except you is laughing. I heard BF likes repetitive stupidity. Perhaps you should post this drivel there for the amusement of your friend Seamoron. This is definitely his level of humour.

No it was funny! I like Shen Li too. Shallow seaweed beds can have this rotting smell that smells like a bad baff. What is a baff you may ask? It is a fart that encapsulates the essence of  body odour and a brewed fart in one. Lighten up DKG...life isn't always a bed of roses and good stock markets. Have a laff!

 :yahoo:

DD is stuck on repeat. No amount of single malt scotch can make it funny.

"Today there is spare capacity that is extremely low," Saudi Aramco CEO Amin Nasser said at a recent conference in London. "If China opens up, [the] economy starts improving or the aviation industry starts asking for more jet fuel, you will erode this spare capacity."

Nasser warns that oil prices could quickly spike — again.

Shell

The company's NYSE-listed shares are up 23% over the last year. Piper Sandler analyst Ryan Todd sees an opportunity in the oil and gas supermajor. In December, the analyst reiterated an 'overweight' rating on Shell at a price target of $70.

Considering that Shell trades at around $57 per share today, Todd's new price target implies a potential upside of 22%.

Chevron

For Q3, the company reported earnings of $11.2 billion, which represented an 84% increase from the same period last year. Sales and other operating revenues totaled $64 billion for the quarter, up 49% year over year.

Exxon Mobil

Commanding a market cap of over $430 billion, Exxon Mobil (NYSE:XOM) is bigger than Shell and Chevron.

The company also boasts the strongest stock price performance among the three in 2022 — Exxon shares are up 59.61% over the last year.

It's not hard to see why investors like the stock: the oil-producing giant gushes profits and cash flow in this commodity price environment. In the first nine months of 2022, Exxon earned $43.0 billion in profits, a huge increase from the $14.2 billion in the year-ago period. Free cash flow totaled $49.8 billion for the first nine months, compared to $22.9 billion in the same period last year.

Solid financials allow the company to return cash to investors. Exxon pays quarterly dividends of 91 cents per share, translating to an annual yield of 3.4%.

Jefferies analyst Lloyd Byrne has a 'buy' rating on Exxon and a price target of $133 — around 22% above where the stock sits today.

Dems will not join the GOP in a newly formed subcommittee that aims to investigate the "weaponization" of the federal government, questioning why there are resistant to its goals.

In a 221 to 211 House vote on Tuesday, the GOP-controlled House pushed through a resolution to launch a wide-ranging inquiry that aims to look into a number of subjects, from the Department of Justice's criminal investigations into Donald Trump to whether the FBI has attempted to censor conservative voices.
