Quote from: "Annie"We have poutine that way here, it's fries, curds and beef gravy. Mmmmmmm

I've heard poutine is very tasty. It would be on my verboten list, since it's full of carbs and fat and like Hermie says, it's a heart attack on a plate. I've had one heart attack and don't care to have another.

But I bet poutine is awesome tasty.

Quote from: "Annie"Thanks, Fash. It's how I'm feeling right now. Our old kitty girl has fast growing cancer and is being put down on Wednesday. We had a tumor removed from her neck last month and thought it was just a cyst , non cancerous or that we caught it in time.  But now there's a bunch more growing fast and multiplying. The last 2 days she can't control her bladder or bowls, weight loss.  ac_crying  She was healthy right up to last month. This came on really fast.

My sincere sympathies to you. I've had to put down several animals in my lifetime and it is never EVER an easy thing to do. I usually end up crying like a baby. I truly feel sorry for you and for the kitty.

get several pounds of pork fillets - pork chops without the bone.

Grease a 9x13 and brown the pork in a pan, then throw the pork right on in with a little salt, pepper, etc.

Add 1 can of cream of asparagus soup and 1 can of cream of chicken soup.

Cook on 375 for an hour or so.I tend to cook pork well done because it's pork.

Serve with mashed taters, corn, hot rolls, whatever.

Stay tuned for some crock pot recipes...

You had me until I read cream soup....gross me right fucking out.

The soup turns into a gravy after cooking. If you try it, I think you will be pleasantly surprised.

Quote from: "RW"First of all, I ASKED a question based on what you had written and he agreed upon.  Secondly, is this forum a demonstration of anyone's work ethic?  Nope.  It's ASSUMING a whole lot and that doesn't meet my mark in the smart department.  Maybe I just have higher intellectual standards.

 :001_rolleyes:

Herman didn't just pull anything he has said or asked out of his ear..

It is based on what has been written here..

Anybody except you can see that SCOUSE has given us the impression that work and study take a back seat to his Nazi hobby..

That's none of my business, but I am well aware there are men like Herman who consider work ethic to be very important.

Drop it. A bum like Scouse is not worth arguing over. He wants to do as little as he can for the rest of his life, so be it. At least he is not a bullshitter.

I disagree that Scouse is a bum.

He has said he would like to take training to become a truck driver.

Like to and doing it are two different things.

It is and it isn't. Even here in America, women are thought of as less than men, although that is changing. It's much worse in thrid world countries, obviously.

What the fuck are you babbling about. Women in the US are limited only by their own drive. There is no barbaric 7th century death cult ideology holding them back.

Did I say anything about barbaric death cults in America? Try to read what is written, and you know god damn good and well women are treated, even in America, as less important than men. Ever heard of Title IX or equal pay legislature?

Jesus... take some hormone pills.

The Baconado

The massive bloody marys require two hands to hold and an empty stomach to consume the drink-and-meal combo. The MasterPiece is a masterpiece of shrimp, cherry tomato, lemon wedge, Polish sausage, cheese, pickled asparagus, scallion stalk, pickle, pickled mushroom, onion and Brussels sprouts garnished with a stalk of celery and a skewered bacon cheeseburger that comes with a chaser of Sprecher beer.

I've heard of several places that do this, but alas, have never had the pleasure.

Quote from: "Lance Leftardashian"Germans must show respect for the multicultural society their country has become. If alcohol and revealing clothing offends some cultural groups in Germany, then Germans must show tolerance.

Germans dont have to show respect for any other culture besides their own. Liberals like you are why muzzie scum get away with what they get away with. Germans should throw the raghead bastards out on their asses and so should we.

Quote from: "Fashionista"It is a cultural not a gender issue I think ELPHUPPY..

That is why the West has to be careful not to appear to be interfering.

And yes, we 'Mericans can't interfere too much. In spite of what our politicians think, we don't run the world.

Its essentially the same as drinking from the drip tray in a bar, or wriging out the barmats and drinking that.

Thanks for that picture. I was also wondering what Barrel Wash was, and assumed it was some Canadian nickname for moonshnie or some such.

Do not pay attention to Crow, he is jealous. Barrel wash is grade A Saskatchewan redneck aperitif.

To each his own, and enjoy.

I prefer a nice Tequila, Patron or Cuervos Especial. Shots are preferred, with a side of tomato juice. I'm also very fond of a good bloody mary, mostly because it's a drink and a meal if done right. The nicer places put a skewer or two of pepperoni, cheese wedges, a nice sized scrimp, and a stalk of celery. So, like I say, a drink and a meal.

You've never heard of such a thing? Maybe it's an American thing...

Truly, it's a shame that educating women anywhere in the world is an issue. The old "A mind is a terrible thing to waste" holds very true. I am embarrassed for my sex, that men should be the cause of women not being all they can be, unfettered and unimpeded. Some of us need to be neutered. Then again, we would end up with thousands of Caitlin's running around, and perish THAT thought. Just kill the transgressors and be done with it.

I, of course, being an educated and enlightened and evolved man, will be safe from such things.  :yahoo:

Quote from: "RW"I've never heard a Canadian complain that the US uses the term "America".

After all, we ARE America. The United States of America is our more formal name, but America is completely accepted and used all over the nation.

And I agree... why would a Canduhian complain one way or the other? Seems like they would have lots to worry about, what with rampaging meese and polar bears and the like.

Donald, somehow I don't think you're gonna have time to spend on the cellphone industry.
