Did you ever get outside the few main cities to the rural areas?  Did you know that 30% of Russian households do not have running water or gas for heating or cooking?  Did you know 15% of houses do not have electricity?  Paved roads are a rarity in rural areas too.  Don't even get me started on how outhouses are normal even in public schools military barracks, and regular homes in rural areas.

Lease the property on an upkeep/tax pay off agreement with a local farmer of good renown and stay in your home. That's what my parents did. Local farmer got the indefinite use of the land as long as he maintained it properly and paid the property tax. It's still going, but now his children carry on.



You don't have to sell up to make a change.

Since we have never had any disagreements or major clashes in any forum, it'd be appreciated.



Also one recommendation is that handlejackers and impersonators have their IP addresses revealed/posted. I believe you have been impersonated as well.
