The Flea Trap / Re: I've got a crazy theory....

I have another theory about it...

The vaccines being used now aren't for Covid. They're for the next virus. The next virus will be the real virus that kills tens of millions if not more.

The government will continue to push the vaccines until a few months before the midterm elections. At this point most of the unvaccinated will be people who refuse the jab because they oppose the current political party in power. The kill virus is released and the unvaccinated die. Civilization freaks out and anarchy rules the streets until order can be restored.

The government then goes before the people and says "The vaccines we told you to take have saved your lives. We have restored law and order. We have proven we have your best interests at heart and that you can trust us." The survivors who have just gone through hell are so grateful to still be alive that they now gladly view the government as their savior and protector.

So in the end the government has -

- Reduced the population

- Eliminated most of it's political opposition

- Created a reason to cancel the midterm elections

- Created a population which trusts the government and will do as they're told without question

Sounds like government's wet dream if you ask me.

Well, basically it's the end of the world. They're coming out with a microchip to hold your covid passport and it will be implanted under your skin. Without this chip you will be unable to buy and sell. Sound familiar? Dr. Fauci, nothing he ever predicted has come true. Sort of like, oh I don't know, a False Prophet? All our 'leaders' appear to be terrified as they impose the draconian measures as they were ordered to. Terrified because they know what's happening.

But at least on the bright side you can rest assured that Joe Biden is not the antichrist. Even the antichrist has standards.

Just tell your kids "Sorry, Santa isn't coming this year because he doesn't have a Covid passport" and you can get out of buying presents.

Michael Nesmith, the singer-songwriter, author, actor-director and entrepreneur who will likely be best remembered as the wool-hatted, guitar-strumming member of the made-for-television rock band The Monkees, has died at 78.

Nesmith, who had undergone quadruple bypass surgery in 2018, died at home Friday of natural causes, his family said in a statement.

Nesmith was a struggling singer-songwriter in September 1966 when "The Monkees" television debut turned him and fellow band members Micky Dolenz, Peter Tork and David Jones into overnight rock stars.

After the group broke up in 1970, Nesmith moved on to a long and creative career, not only as a musician but as a writer, producer and director of films, author of several books, head of a media arts company and creator of a music video format that led to the creation of MTV.

Nesmith was running "hoot nights" at the popular West Hollywood nightclub The Troubadour when he saw a trade publication ad seeking "four insane boys" to play rock musicians in a band modeled after the Beatles.

The show featured the comical misadventures of a quartet that tooled around Los Angeles in a tricked-out Pontiac GTO called the MonkeeMobile and, when they weren't chasing girls, pursued music stardom.

Each episode rolled out two or three new Monkees songs, six of which became Top 10 Billboard hits during the show's two-year run. Three others, "I'm a Believer," ´´Daydream Believer" and "Last Train to Clarksville," reached No. 1.

Quote from: Odinson post_id=427238 time=1637005299 user_id=136Buy a PS5.

Yeah since a PS5 is backwards compatible with most PS4 games I think that's what I'm gonna do... after Christmas of course when availability might be better and maybe cheaper too but I'm not counting too much on that  :laugh3:

The Guest Nest / Anyone ever get a PS4 repaired?

Didn't know where to post this so I put it here...

I've got a PS4 that I've had for about seven years and never had a problem with it, then this morning I'm playing and it shuts off and the tv it's connected to also shut off. Thought it was the surge protector so I replaced it, started playing again and after about ten minutes the same thing happens. This time the PS4 goes off, the tv goes off, and a stereo plugged into a different wall outlet shut off.

Okay at this point I'm starting to sweat thinking how much electrical repairs cost. So I unhooked the PS4 and hooked up my old PS3 and I've been gaming for two hours without any problem. So it seems the PS4 is shorting out or sending a surge or something.

From what I've read getting a new power supply put in is about 150 bucks so I'm wondering if anyone ever had a console repaired... did it work, how long before it broke again or anything... or maybe I should make a fancy paperweight out of it and get a PS5... hmm, Christmas is coming up at that...

Alec Baldwin fired a prop gun on a set in New Mexico on Thursday, accidentally killing cinematographer Halyna Hutchins and wounding director Joel Souza.

The incident occurred on the set of "Rust," an independent feature that was filming at the Bonanza Creek Ranch, a popular production location south of Santa Fe.

Hutchins, 42, was transported by helicopter to University of New Mexico Hospital in Albuquerque, where she died. Souza, 48, was taken by ambulance to Christus St. Vincent Regional Medical Center in Santa Fe, where he is undergoing treatment for his injuries, according to the Santa Fe County Sheriff's office.

The Sheriff's office said in a statement that Hutchins and Souza "were shot when a prop firearm was discharged by Alec Baldwin, 68, producer and actor."

I've started smoking weed again now that Arizona legalized it. Good stinky buds for 40 bucks an eighth with ten bucks tax added on. It's legal so why not.

Hopefully mushrooms are next. I used to take shrooms and go talk to the redwood trees. They were some really cool spirits.
