Can you block or evade a punch?

Now imagine that fist has a knife.

You would be a goner if you tried to stop them.

Now, in the US they just would have gotten shot.

Well one of them was found dead monday morning

Probably got a piece of native justice while his brother fled like a bitch when he couldn't pokey poke his way out of a gang of pissed off natives, or one of the native gangs has the other one and probably gonna exact their revenge because these idiots stabbed the wrong person.

They are alluding to myles turning on his brother, but that seems unlikely. he's probably getting his testicles barbequed by a car battery as we speak.

The current state of politics in the western is a breeding ground for types like those two

When you spew non-stop hate against some groups, that's what you get

The whole  "equality" bullshit quickly became a vengeance.

They go on a stabbing spree on their own people?

Good luck with that. He will need it. Very few new forums survive anymore. Didn't KM start a forum about a year or so ago? I believe you joined it caskur. How long did it last? Was it even two months?

King Martini keeps trying to revive flame boards and it never works.

That is because the world and the internet as an entirity has changed. At one point they had their use(entertainment, mostly), but then something else comes along and makes it irrelevent. The problem with flaming in 2022 is simply "what place does it have in the current decade?". Stuff that used to be an insult or a parody of somebody back in 2006 is now an untouchable guru that will run afoul of hate speech laws in a lot of countries, and people are just not going to give enough of a shit to come up with something while trying to avoid legal landmines to keep themselves entertained.

KM will eventually have to accept that fact and move on. Its like trying to make the telegraph a source of communication again. yeah it was relevent in its day and just a cool novelty to look at in modern day, but nobody is going to sit down and use one when they can text the same thing from their cell phone. that is how flaming is today.

It's going to be a great day to be a journalist the day after the cop that killed George Floyd is acquitted of murder.

The American media will go berserk.

As will most blacks and hispanics.

No. it won't be blacks and hispanics that will go berserk. it will be white leftists going berserk like it mostly has been.

All i can say is that it exposed robinhood for what it really was, and really broke open the corruption better in one week than what a bunch of angry sjws ever accomplished from OWS, and that was because they were too busy clamouring over themselves to interject whatever fringe cause in it.

Originally, Occupy wall street was just a bunch of people who wanted sensible reforms that would prevent what happened in 2008 from ever happening again, but slowly over time, more and more fringe SJW groups interjected their failed causes into it, whether it is a ?"fuck the ricg! socialism 4ever" one of " stop climate change", or "women's rights now" one and basically trieed to glory hog OWS spotlight to the point they just became background noise and everybody just ignored and cleared out their encampments.

This is different. This isn't just a bunch of people screaming into the wind that wall street can ignore, but actual action to screw these hedge fund managers making a profit at companies' and retail investors' expense. Basically, short selling is when you take a stock you think is about to take and basically borrow it for nothing, you sell it, let it tank, then buy it back and buy the devalued stocks back and give them back to the original owner, and then pocket the difference between what they sold it for and what they bought it back for. it is as scummy and parasitic as it sounds.

So, these short-sellers were "borrowing" gamestop's stocks with the full expectation of it becoming nothing but useless toilet paper after they sell, but what happened next was a bunch of amateur investers and everyday people just bought up all the stock and cause the value to skyrocket. because these hedgefund managers essentially sold something that didn't belong to them, they are forced to buy it back at a much higher price and lost piles of money on it. they have been crying foul they lost money, and retail investors are making off like a bandit from this. hedge fund managers are crying "market manipulation" and the media is calling everybody every kind of "phobic" or "ist" in the book.

Its too bad that USA doesnt have functional unions..

They could go in general strike and really mix things for the democrats.

I am a member of a trade union. They take our dues and give it to a political party(NDP) who want to send Canadian jobs overseas.

Alberta's Bill 32 really made them go ballistic, because now members can withhold some of their dues if they are trying to give it away to political parties.

A certain union even went after small businesses that donated to the UCP, but that worked out as well as AOC's attack on Goya.

Kenney's government did that? Standing up to big labour, especially big public sector bullying takes balls.

yep. The AFL went fucking ballistic over bill 32.

the AFL clowns actually thought Alberta was full of woke leftists that will frogmarch to their tune of boycotting businesses because the UCP cut off a big part of their gravy train of funneling dues money to the NDP.

The boycott had the same effect as AOC calling for boycotts of goya. more people vowing to do more business with those businesses rather than less. Gil shuffled back into obscurity with an ass that matched his beliefs(communist red) and trying to pretend that backfired trainwreck never happened.

What the fuck dids they expect would happen in a deep blue(or red if you're american) province?

Funny story.

I have a black hat that says "make Alberta great again"(i have shared a pic of it at FT in the past). Well, during this lockdown, the bulk food store(which was bulk barn) had a policy where you basically had to have the worker scoop everything for you because of covid. well, the one day I went in there wearing my hat, and I got a college-aged guy, and he actually started inquiring about it and asked what I meant by that. I think he was expecting something racist or something, but it got into a discussion of the economy and what can be done about it and turned out we had a lot in common in terms of ideas of getting it going, and it was a good conversation.

I wouldn't judge a book by its cover and there are people who don't actually know who che guavera actually was and actually did, and probably going on the assumption he was one of those "for the people" kind of revolutionary, just like that kid probably thought anybody who wore "make _____ great again" was some anti- immigrant thing because he was likely told this by his college professors.

And yeah, there's a lot of che shirt-wearing commies that know full well he hated minorities and gays, but will lie about it or scream "facts don't matter", and those are the kind of people I don't extend an olive branch to, because they know what they are doing and nothing anybody will do will change their mind, so fuck em. You don't change the little commie's mind, but if you can change the onlooker's mind when you're verbally butchering and exposing them as the hateful and envious dipshits they are, you change more minds that way and do far more harm to their cause, and that's the real reason why these leftists don't like to debate and rather go the censorship route.

So the bastards at AHS have been caught fudging the numbers higher. 5 bucks says it was a bunch of Notley holdovers behind this

Sasquatch, I assumed that every new daily infection was a first time test. If the daily stats include people who have already tested positive and are awaiting a negative result to be declared recovered, than that province's daily stats are meaningless.

Good find by the way.

I didn't find it myself, but being circulated among some groups I'm in as of today, but yeah....this news really pisses me off just like Jason's flipflop because he couldn't handle the political pressure from the phony numbers AHS was peddling.

I hope heads will roll for this like they have in the past.

and there's a name for this.

It is called the Streisand effect

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Streisand_effect">https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Streisand_effect

The more leftists cry and try to censor, the more people want to find out what they want to censor, and just end up working against them.
