I saw the pictures.... how crazy that 1-2 feet of snow and ice shut those drivers down. That's a daily winter condition in many northern states.

And they weren't very prepared either... half empty tanks, some had no food or water, no blankets, inappropriate clothing...



My wife and I were giggling when we read the news. It's not nice but we both started at the same time and couldn't stop.

These are the folks, that live in Virginia, and then drive up to DC to work. Pampered prissies for the most part.



Crazy aint it. I usually have all that stuff in my Jeep.



Heard they were stuck for like 30 hours or some shit.



I'd been like "fuck this shit" and put in 4 WD and got the fuck outta there lol.

Yeah, brother!



If there's space between the vehicles, it's usually on 2 wheels. If in the gutter, 4 low..leaning into the wheel slightly but not too much. Others in SUVS or pickup trucks will follow you and as long as they don't gun it, they'll be able to follow... but there's always somebody who spins then spins harder, slides down half way down the ravine and blocks the two track... then people have to plunge into a new track for 10 or so feet and get back on track.



You can lead them, but as soon as one person fucks up in the procession, everybody is fucked again.... unless they're northerners.
