The Premier of Alberta seems to be having affect on other Premiers. This is how the Premier of Saskatchewan has responded to Trump's demands of the Northern border.

Redeploying 16 provincial law enforcement officers to patrol high-priority areas around the border.

Preparing up to 95 officers to address emerging incidents should they arise.

Enabling our officers to work with existing federal and provincial agencies to strengthen border security through high visibility surveillance, commercial vehicle enforcement and remote area patrol.

The Saskatchewan Premier has asked the federal government to commit to accelerating funding to meet Canada's 2% NATO commitment. 

They further support Alberta's position in calling on the federal government to immediately appoint a border Czar to ensure Canadian borders are secure for Canadians and Americans.
