On that issue, there is no difference between left and right. Politicians are all tarred with the same ego maniacal brush. They thrive on influencing other people.



Not doing their bidding. Not making their lives better. Not creating a better world.



Influence. Control. Self aggrandissement. Power. And they will say or do anything to access their chosen drug.



And if elected, they believe that getting more votes than the other bozo suddenly endows them great wisdom, knowledge and morality.



Democracy is dying. The sooner the better.

You know my father's mother dad (my great grandfather) was Secretary of the Railway union.. He died in his 50s from complications (infection) after an operation. The WA state Labour (note my spelling of Labour) Prem Collier and all his cabinet were pall bearers at his State funeral... My great grandfather had a state funeral.... His youngest daughter was married to the police commissioner.  



When my grandmother used to get drunk, she told me she was a communist.
