Pfizer is eying an October submission of safety and efficacy data for its COVID-19 vaccine to U.S. drug regulators in a bid to gain authorization for shots for children between the ages of 5 and 11, two company officials said Tuesday.

ALGARY, AB: Unvaccinated Albertans may be more likely to contract COVID-19, but they're ending up in hospital at a nearly equal ratio as those who are fully vaccinated, among those who are infected, government data shows.



A look at current COVID-19 statistics shows 5,608 active cases amongst those who are vaccinated or partially vaccinated, compared with 12,787 cases among the unvaccinated.



But despite having a significantly higher number of cases, the risk of ending up in a hospital is nearly equal amongst the two groups.



As of September 12, there are a total of 355 news cases among the vaccinated, with 178 ending up in hospital – a rate of 50.14%.

Vaccines altering DNA and the other conspiracy theories can't be proven because they are urban legends. But, vaccines are not nearly as effective as we've been told.

Today alone in Ontario - 191 in ICU, 13 are fully vaxxed .. that's far more than above in fact

The majority of hospitalizations in Ireland now are vaccinated and the percentage is growing daily. But, like you said, vaccines are effective at keeping people out of ICU. We were lead to believe they would do more than that, but we'll have to settle for freeing up ICU beds.
