I think you meant 1021? Your province is down a bit of late



Today for us is 444, also lowest since early Nov 4 - looks like 4th week in a row down a bit, although this week it may be more meaningful amount



Still 12 deaths .. have been high lately from earlier cases



And then there's Christmas & New years, sigh

Yes, of course I meanr 1,021..



Most of Canada is lowering daily cases except for Ontario and Quebec.

In made another mistake.....today was the lowest number of infections Alberta has had since November 18, not November 25..



Our infection rate was below seven per cent today too, which is good.

Herman - I checked it out - that "calcifediol" nomenclature used by Mayo Clinic is actually what D3 produces in the body and D3 can be termed with that name .. it is give to hospital covid patients



End result, D3 is the best way to go .. Despite what some might say, all are not the same - Other forms of D are not as effective



I upped my D3 from 1000 to 3000 a while ago - Doc & Pharmacist said that's safe and likely wise while susceptible to Covid (i.e. not vaccinated).. Use you judgement



Please confirm that you read this

D3 is what the old lady and I have. I am going into Kindersley tomorrow. We will get more of the same and triple the daily dose.

My Doc & pharmacist said 3000 / day D3 is good and not too much to be harmful. Body can tolerate a lot of D3

Okay if 25 micrograms is 1000, then my Vitamin pills are 4000.



100 micrograms says on the label.
