Before Gabriel Wortman went on shooting spree, he withdrew $475,000 directly from Brink's.  This is strange because the general public typically cannot do this, instead having to withdraw cash from an actual financial institution instead.



You know who can withdraw money directly from Brink's though?  Police agents!   :ohmy:
