Sen. Lindsey Graham said on Monday he has learned about potential ballot harvesting in Pennsylvania nursing homes.



The chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee revealed that there were up to 25,000 cases that are being looked at as Pennsylvania remains a state President Trump's team hopes to turn its way after major media outlets called it for his Democratic opponent, Joe Biden, giving him enough electoral votes to secure the presidency.



"I've got more information. We're now finding potentially that 25,000 nursing home residents in different nursing homes requested mail-in ballots at the exact same time," the South Carolina Republican said on Fox News.



Graham has also called for a Justice Department investigation into voting irregularities after receiving a sworn affidavit from a Pennsylvania postal worker alleging that postal supervisory officials hatched a plan to backdate ballots mailed after the election.

More Than 10,000 Dead People Cast Ballots in Michigan, Analysis Shows



More than 10,000 people confirmed or suspected dead have returned their mail-in ballots to vote in Michigan, according to an analysis of the state's election data.



About 9,500 voters confirmed dead through the Social Security Death Index (SSDI) are marked in the state's mail voting database as having returned ballots. Another nearly 2,000 are 100 years old or more and aren't listed as known living centenarians.



The analysis was provided by Richard Baris, director of Big Data Poll.



In a Nov. 9 lawsuit, a Detroit poll watcher alleged thousands of mail-in ballots from people who weren't properly registered to vote were added to vote counts.



Poll operators were adding names and addresses to the poll book with made-up birth dates, such as 1/1/1900, he said in a sworn affidavit.



Baris said the mail voting data he worked from likely isn't up to date enough to capture any irregularities that happened Election Day and after.



"If they did that on Election Day in Michigan, then we likely wouldn't know until December," he said. "If it is true, then they'd, unfortunately, get away with it in the short-term."

Tens of Thousands of Pennsylvania Ballots Returned Earlier Than Sent Date: Researcher



More than 20,000 absentee ballots in Pennsylvania have impossible return dates and another more than 80,000 have return dates that raise questions, according to a researcher's analysis of the state's voter database.



Over 51,000 ballots were marked as returned just a day after they were sent out—an extraordinary speed, given U.S. Postal Service (USPS) delivery times, while nearly 35,000 were returned on the same day they were mailed out. Another more than 23,000 have a return date earlier than the sent date. More than 9,000 have no sent date.



 The Trump campaign is alleging that invalid ballots have been counted for Democrats and valid ballots for Republicans were thrown away.



The analysis of the publicly available data was conducted by a data researcher who submitted it first to the Chinese-language edition of The Epoch Times. The researcher, who spoke on condition of anonymity, said he consulted about the matter with several USPS field engineers, who said the return dates shown in the database are "impossible."

Impossible and improbable return dates indicate there's something wrong with either the database or the ballots.



Another analysis of the Pennsylvania data showed that the extremely old voters were mostly registered Democrats.

States have implemented protections against mail-in ballot fraud including bar codes, signature verification and post-election audits, according to The Brennan Center For Justice.



"Mail ballots require different processing procedures and because of the increase in mail ballots this year, this is taking more time," Verified Voting, a non-partisan organization that promotes election security, said in a Nov. 4 statement.



Signature verification is another measure used by states to secure and verify ballots, according to the Brookings Institution. It consists of elections officials comparing the slant, letter size, letter shape, pen lifts and fluidity of a signature on a mail-in ballot with that of the voter's signature on file.



The Brennan Center has touted signatures as an important security measure to prevent voter fraud.

The state allows residents to classify themselves "indefinitely confined," meaning the person is largely limited to his or her home due to age, disability or other factors, a GOP official told the Examiner. The classification requires a witness signature, but under it, voters can cast an absentee ballot without showing valid ID, the Examiner reported.



A total of 243,000 people classified themselves as "indefinitely confined" in 2020 compared to 72,000 in 2019 in the state, according to the Examiner. A local county clerk previously said those who were subject to Wisconsin's coronavirus lockdown orders would meet the threshold to be considered home-bound, but the state supreme court in March sided against the clerk and clarified that his legal advice was misguided, Courthouse News Service reported.



The court did not indicate that it would take action to investigate or invalidate anyone who registered under the clerk's guidelines, according to Courthouse News Service.



"So you can register as indefinitely confined, and a ballot is going to be sent to you every election. You don't even have to request it," he told the Examiner. "But here's the problem. Indefinitely confined people are not required to provide proof of identification or an ID card. There's no requirement that that be in the hands of the election commission or the municipal clerk prior to issuing a ballot."

Wisconsin Elections Panel Guidance Led Clerks to Fill Out Witness Addresses, Contrary to State Law



Guidance issued by the Wisconsin Elections Commission resulted in municipal clerks filling out missing witness addresses on absentee ballot certificates, contrary to the plain language of the state law, according to Michael Gableman, a former Wisconsin Supreme Court justice.



Wisconsin's statute requires each absentee ballot to be accompanied by a certificate signed by a witness who must write down his or her address.



"If a certificate is missing the address of a witness, the ballot may not be counted," the law states.



The Wisconsin Elections Commission appears to have disregarded the statute when, in October, it formally instructed clerks and election officials across the state to take it upon themselves to fill out missing addresses on mail ballots by looking up their information in the voter registry or through other "reliable information."

Trump Campaign Hopeful Lawsuit in Pennsylvania Will Trigger Recount



WASHINGTON—It's increasingly likely that the courts will decide the fate of Pennsylvania's 20 electoral votes, and with that, nudge the eventual presidential winner across the finish line.



On Nov. 9, the Trump campaign filed a lawsuit against Pennsylvania Secretary of State Kathy Boockvar and seven county boards of election—Allegheny, Centre, Chester, Delaware, Philadelphia, Montgomery, and Northampton.



The lawsuit claims that "almost every critical aspect" of Pennsylvania's Nov. 3 election was "effectively shrouded in secrecy." It alleges that the Pennsylvania election process violated the Constitution by creating different standards of verification and transparency for mail-in and in-person voters, as well as disparate treatment of Republican and Democrat voters and poll watchers.



"In Philadelphia and Allegheny counties, there were over 682,000 ballots that were tabulated outside the view of our observers who were entitled by law to review those ballots," Trump campaign legal counsel Matt Morgan said at a press conference on Nov. 9.



The Trump campaign lawsuit, filed in U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, accuses Boockvar of usurping the state's legislative prerogative to set the election code.



It asks the court to prohibit the certification of the state's election results if they include the tabulation of absentee and mail-in ballots that don't comply with the state's election code. On election night, Trump was ahead by 700,000 votes.



The suit accuses Boockvar and the seven counties of various charges, including:



Keeping poll watchers from observing the pre-canvass and canvass of mail-in and absentee ballots in several counties, as well as alleged disparities between counties regarding "curing" or correcting improper ballots.



Contrary to state law, some Democrat-heavy counties contacted voters whose ballots failed to include a signature or weren't placed into an inner "secrecy" envelope. The voters were able to cast a provisional ballot on election day instead of their initial ballot being deemed invalid and not counted.



Voters received mail-in ballots—in some cases more than one—despite not applying for them. Election Code requires that a person applying for both an absentee and a mail-in ballot complete and sign an application.



Voters were visited at home in the weeks before the election by individuals soliciting their participation in mail-in voting.



Across numerous counties, poll watchers observed poll workers mishandling spoiled mail-in or absentee ballots brought to the polling place by voters who intended to vote in-person.



Mail carriers noted significant anomalies related to the delivery of mail-in ballots, including multiple instances in which dozens of mail-in ballots were addressed to single addresses, each ballot being in a different name.



Ballots were mailed to vacant homes, vacation homes, empty lots, and addresses that don't exist.



Poll watchers were denied access in some cases, and in others, they were unable to adequately observe the proceedings.



In Delaware County, observers were denied access to a back-room counting area. After a court-ordered injunction, the poll watchers and canvass representatives were finally allowed in the counting area on Nov. 5 to observe, but for only five minutes every two hours.



The lawsuit said mail-in ballots "inexplicably appeared" in several counties after the required Nov. 4 ballot reports were submitted—including 14,000 in Delaware County alone.



"Plaintiffs have received no explanation for where the additional 14,000 voted ballots came from, when they arrived, or why they are included in the current count," the lawsuit states.

Reasons Election 2020 Is Far From Over



1. Donald Trump is legally the president until his term expires at noon on Jan. 20, 2021. Nothing that happened last week or will happen until Jan. 20 will affect his position or authority in any way.



2. Joseph Robinette Biden Jr. is neither the president nor the president-elect.



3. There is no such thing as the "office of the president-elect." Barack Obama invented this phantom unconstitutional position back in 2008. It didn't matter then and it doesn't matter now, except in the minds of the media.



4. Biden will not be president-elect until the Electoral College meets on Dec. 14, if then. However ...



5. Dec. 8 is the so-called "safe harbor" date, by which the states, under federal law, must have resolved any and all controversies regarding a disputed election, and their governors must so certify, in order for the names of the actual electors to be reported to the national archivist.



6. Neither state governors nor courts, including their high courts, have any authority over how federal elections are conducted in their states.



7. If the election results are still in doubt by Dec. 8—as they might well be—the Trump campaign could ask the state legislatures in the disputed battleground to set aside the tainted tallies and use their plenary powers under Article 1, Section 4 of the U.S. Constitution to appoint and certify slates of electors favorable to the GOP.



8. Republicans now fully control 24 states, in which they have both houses of the legislature and the state house, including the battleground states of Arizona and Florida. Meanwhile, in Michigan, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, and Wisconsin, they control the legislatures, but the governors are Democrats. All six of those states could send Trump slates to the feds by Dec. 8, if they wish. Whether their Democratic governors would certify the slates is, of course, another matter. By contrast, the Democrats control only one current battleground state in which the vote is in dispute, Nevada, with a majority in the legislature and a Democrat as governor.



9. Should the election be thrown into the House of Representatives—as it was in 1800 and 1824—each state delegation gets one vote for president, and Trump would win, 31–18. For those scoring at home, that would mean 185,895,957 Americans, voting via their congressional delegations, would outvote 133,888,565 people living in Democrat states.



10. At the moment, the key state is also the Keystone State, whose 20 electoral votes would put Biden over the top, along with Arizona should they withstand legal challenges. Highly partisan Democratic control of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court and the governor's mansion, however, has thus far ensured the state will remain contentious to the end. Reverse those votes, however, and then the quest for the White House all comes down to Georgia.



11. There can be no doubt that in several states, the results have been highly questionable, including Michigan and Wisconsin, in which mysterious tranches of votes—in some cases 100 percent for Biden—arrived in the dead of night during a "lull" in the counting, allowing the Democrats to figure out how many votes they needed for the former veep to pull ahead.



12. Elsewhere, electronic "glitches" have been reported, switching Trump votes to Biden, although rarely if ever the other way around. But this is par for the course regarding important elections, in which the Democrats somehow pull off amazing statistical improbabilities/impossibilities and nip the Republican candidate at the wire every time. Only once in recent history has it been stopped: in Florida in 2000, and there, they fumbled by asking for recounts in only three, heavily Democrat counties.



13. We can thank the weaponization of the CCP virus, in the guise of the overwhelmingly non-lethal COVID-19 disease, for much of the chaos. The Democrats have been pushing the boundaries of what constitutes a free and fair election, bulldozing constitutional and social norms in order to remove as many protections against arrant fraud as they possibly could, all in the name of "fairness." The virus gave them the excuse to liberalize "early voting" and thus trash law and custom for our own "safety."



14. During one of his few campaign appearances, the bumbling Biden made the following unconditional statement: "We have put together, I think, the most extensive and inclusive voter fraud organization in the history of American politics." Imagine the howling on the left had Trump said something like that. And yet fraud and the Democratic Party have gone hand-in-hand at least since Tammany Hall in the 19th century. Indeed, it has become the punchline of a joke everybody knows, including Democrats. Except, they're proud of it.



15. But fraud is fraud, and therefore its presence should rightfully invalidate the entire election, at least within each state where it provably occurs. It ought not to matter whether it involves outright ballot theft, forged ballots, illegal-alien ballots, fake "early voting" ballots, or obviously manufactured ballots delivered days after the nominal end of Election Day.



16. There was a time, perhaps, when a Richard Nixon—who knew he'd been cheated in Illinois by Chicago's Mayor Richard Daley out of the 1960 election—could put country before party and refuse to challenge JFK's hairsbreadth victory. But those days are long gone; the stakes are simply too high.



17. It's also long past time to strip the "social media" companies and internet giants of the federal protection, specifically section 230 of the Communications Decency Act, that shelters them from liability actions on the grounds that they are "platforms," not publishers. But as 2020 has shown, they were and are active partisans on the leftist side, slanting and shading the news—and even, in the case of the Hunter Biden laptop bombshell—suppressing it altogether.



In sum, we appear to be in uncharted waters. But as the elections of 1800, 1824, 1876, and 2000 have shown, we generally find a way to muddle through. Let the constitutional processes play out, and let's see who takes the oath of office come January.

When you hear Joe Biden and the Democrats demand proof of "systemic" fraud, bear in mind, the fraud does not have to be systemic, it merely has to affect a small percentage of the total vote to alter the outcome. And voter fraud is not the only concerning issue—votes have to be lawful to be counted. State voting laws must be followed—that means ballots received late or filled out incorrectly must not be counted. In 2000, Al Gore never said the "hanging chad" ballots were "fraudulent"—only that they should not be counted. Republicans did not complain when he took his case all the way to the Supreme Court.
