The Trump campaign has released a list of over 3,000 instances where they claim voter fraud occurred in Nevada using the addresses of active military members and their families, according to The Hill.



The list reportedly contains around 3,062 instances of people who are registered to vote in Nevada. However, according to the list, they are living elsewhere — either overseas or elsewhere in the United States, reported The Hill.



"Our voter registration is in Nevada, our cars are registered in Nevada, our licenses are in Nevada," Amy Rose, whose spouse is currently stationed in California, told Military.com during an interview. "We just don't live there because the military has told us to move somewhere else. ... To see my integrity challenged, along with other members of the military to be challenged in this way, it is a shock. And to be potentially disenfranchised because of these actions, that's not OK."

'There Was a Conscious Effort to Disrupt' Our Jobs: Detroit Poll Watcher



A Republican poll watcher who filed a lawsuit over suspected election fraud described a "pattern of intimidation and bullying" as he and others tried to monitor the ballot processing in Wayne County, the largest in the battleground state of Michigan.



A group of "extremely confrontational" poll observers "constantly" accosted the Republican watchers, hindering their ability to focus on observing the ballot count and checking for errors, Edward McCall told The Epoch Times.



"It was constant; it was unbelievable. The level of hostility and distraction, and just asking questions and staring at me from a couple of feet away ... it was shocking," he said in an interview.



McCall is one of two plaintiffs in a Nov. 9 lawsuit (pdf) alleging "numerous issues of fraud and misconduct" at the TCF Center in downtown Detroit, the facility that counts all the absentee ballots for Wayne County. McCall worked as a poll watcher there from Nov. 2 to Nov. 4.



On Nov. 3 and Nov. 4, poll workers "would hold papers in such a way as to block out view of the ballots," McCall wrote in an affidavit seen by The Epoch Times.



He also experienced what he called "challenger challengers," who "seemed to be there for the purpose of challenging us," he wrote. The group, composed of 10 to 12 people, appeared to be coordinated by a man wearing an earpiece, and they constantly tried to prevent the Republican poll watchers from voicing issues, McCall said. They "always or almost always challenged the 6-foot [social distancing] rule," frequently asking "Is there a problem here?" when he and others tried to view a ballot, even if they had maintained a reasonable distance, he said.



"I'm convinced that there was a conscious effort to disrupt what we were trying to do as challengers, and it was very, very disconcerting," he said.



At one point, six people walked up to him in succession over a 45-minute-interval and accused him of standing too close, even though he had permission from a supervisor named Diane to stand there. When he refused to leave, one woman walked off to tell another person and pointed toward him, McCall recalled.



"I believe their entire purpose was to distract me from doing the challenging operation until they could get some ballots processed," he said.

Michigan Attorney Urges Judge to Order Audit Over Election Fraud Claims



An attorney representing poll challengers claiming systemic fraud during the election process in Wayne County, Michigan, urged a state judge to block the certification of the election and order an audit to determine the accuracy and integrity of the vote.



David Kallman, senior counsel of Great Lakes Justice Center, told the judge from the Circuit Court for the County of Wayne on Wednesday that voters are "entitled to [an] audit" of the results of an election under a constitutional amendment under Michigan's Constitution. The amendment was added to the state constitution in 2018.



Kallman is representing two poll challengers—Cheryl Costantino and Edward McCall—who are alleging that election officials allowed various fraudulent processing of votes, including telling poll workers to backdate ballots, not verify signatures on absentee ballots, ignore signature mismatches, and push through ballots despite questionable validity.



The lawsuit includes sworn affidavits from several witnesses attesting to alleged election fraud. During the hearing on Wednesday, Kallman said they were currently seeking (pdf) a temporary restraining order or preliminary injunction to block the certification of the election, an order for an independent audit of the results, and a protective order to "preserve and protect all evidence relevant to this case."

I couldn't agree more Lt.Gov. Patrick. I have no illusion that recounts and lawsuits will flip the presidency to Trump. But, we have to know the real results. Voters have to know where voter fraud took place. Voters have to be certain that observers from both parties will be present in future elections.

Rep. Jody Hice: How Many Votes Were Altered by Glitches in Machines



There needs to be an investigation into the glitches and other irregularities in the voting machines used in multiple states to tabulate the election results for the presidential election last Tuesday, Georgia Rep. Jody Hice told Newsmax TV.



"Where there is smoke there is fire. The same type of problems that we saw in Michigan, we are having glitches here in Gwinnett County, here in particular, right here in Georgia. What do those glitches mean? How many votes have been altered by those glitches?" Hice told Monday's "Stinchfield."



"Isn't it interesting that we're using the same software, the same company here, Dominion Software, and their machines," Hice said. "Both sides of the aisle recognize that Dominion has a poor track record."



"I think it's interesting too that not only are Republicans calling on this. I remember Jamie Raskin ... in a hearing, he brought up the very alarming statistics and dangers of Dominion Software. And he's, of course, a high-ranking Democrat," Hice said.

Here are some of the problems Georgia has had with Dominion voting systems.



1. "The scanner and tabulation software settings being employed to determine which votes to count on hand marked paper ballots are likely causing clearly intentioned votes not to be counted"



2. "The voting system is being operated in Fulton County in a manner that escalates the security risk to an extreme level."



3. "Voters are not reviewing their BMD [Ballot Marking Devices] printed ballots, which causes BMD generated results to be un-auditable due to the untrustworthy audit trail."

I just saw interview with Texas AG. He said those machines were offered to them .. he sent 6 experts to examine them and they came back with notebooks full of defects and easy to manipulate  ... and defined  the very same problems as occurred with them in Demo states
