I guess not breaking the law mattered to jury

- albeit not to progs and their propaganda press  machines

I'm amazed that 12 of 12 people in today's world full of wonky whacos who believe in their cause, not the law all agreed and followed the law to the letter .. I am amazed

I did not think jury would find him guilty - but I did expect a few progs to vote to execute him - Thus, I expected a hung jury

THIS IS AWFULL:

Meantime Biden (Supposedly the pres of ALL people .. yet is Mr Division  Personified) exceeds his authority yet again and divides the country further  "" Biden suggests he disagrees with Kyle Rittenhouse acquittal, calls for Americans to protest 'peacefully' "

Dividing is how he got there - and dividing is how he intends to stay there  .. keeping the country in 2 angry camps .. even though 12 of 12 people who actually saw the evidence as it related to the law & followed the law to the letter

Kyle Rittenhouse acquittal: Liberal media fumes over verdict

One CNN contributor claimed the jury's verdict was a 'stark reminder of inequity' ... he killed a white idiot chasing him down and then trying to kill him FFS    :dash1:

The second part of your post is the most significant.

In most Western democratic nations, it is an established protocol that politicians refrain from criticising the decisions of criminal proceedings. Especially so if the trial is proceeding.

This principle is based on the understanding and acceptance that we all tacitly consent to live under a set of rules. If we did not consent, there would be no rule of law.

Now we have a situation in the US where the President and other politicians are publically condemning the decision of the legal process. If politicians decline to yield authority to a court system, why should anyone else? This is lighting a match in a gunpowder storeroom.

America's politicians are complicit in destroying their own country. Such division will be almost impossible to heal.

The American dream is over. Now it's time for the nightmare.

Biden is not the only politician to have condemned an innocent man (which is his status until proven otherwise).

Worse, comments by politicians are a clear and indefensible interference with the functions of the Court.

I repeat...the rule of law only functions because humans give their TACIT (as opposed to direct) consent to live under a system of rules. If people withdraw that consent that results in anarchy. Laws are only in existence to protect us from that anarchy.

If politicians openly disagree with the Court, that is the first step to eradicating the independence of legal process.

In recent times, American politicians have demonstrated a complete disregard for western legal principles that has flowed through to leftist activists at street level who burn buildings and assault those who oppose their doctrines.

This is going to get uglier.

Justice in a high profile case in the US finally prevailed. Any urban violence and Joe Biden is responsible.

Well, I went when no sane man or woman must ever go  - and spot checked a cpl of networks

Surprisingly CNN was initially at least quite calm and defended the rule of law and quickly went to the Chinese tennis lady who is missing  (not sure of others on that network as time goes on)

MSNBC is going all out shit disturb, trying to create anger & get people to go out and fight .. "This jury gave a "high five" to white supremacists everywhere in the country" .. "to go out and kill anyone in the name of white supremacy" etc. etc. etc.  .. lots of KKK references ...&  instigating hate & violence in return for what 12 independent individuals decided after seeing and hearing the  actual  evidence decided .. 12 persons on 5 different counts

The previously unknown individual who jump-kicked at the head of then-17-year-old Kyle Rittenhouse on the night of the Kenosha shootings last year has been identified as Maurice Freeland — a 39-year-old with an extensive criminal history.

Are progs stupid, gullible or totally dishonesty. All three?

https://www.theblaze.com/news/kyle-rittenhouse-verdict-twitter-reactions?utm_source=theblaze-dailyPM&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=Daily-Newsletter__PM%202021-11-19&utm_term=ACTIVE%20LIST%20-%20TheBlaze%20Daily%20PM">https://www.theblaze.com/news/kyle-ritt ... Many people on the left were furious over the verdict because they subscribed to the unsubstantiated narrative that Rittenhouse was a white supremacist set out for more than a year by the corporate media and Democrats – including President Joe Biden.

Leftists flocked to Twitter with their reactions and hot takes to the jury's decision. Predictably, the left-wing commentators could not accept that Rittenhouse had shot three other white men in self-defense, so instead, they shrieked in unison: "White supremacy."

Quarterback-turned-activist Colin Kaepernick: "We just witnessed a system built on white supremacy validate the terroristic acts of a white supremacist. This only further validates the need to abolish our current system. White supremacy cannot be reformed."

Rep. Cori Bush (D-Mo.): "The judge. The jury. The defendant. It's white supremacy in action. This system isn't built to hold white supremacists accountable. It's why Black and brown folks are brutalized and put in cages while white supremacist murderers walk free. I'm hurt. I'm angry. I'm heartbroken."

Rep. Ayanna Pressley (D-Mass.): "Racism & white supremacy remain the bedrock of our legal system. My heart breaks for the family & loved ones of those whose lives were stolen, and the trauma our communities face today and every day. The struggle for accountability, for justice, for healing goes on."

CNN contributor Keith Boykin: "I knew it. Kyle Rittenhouse is proof that white people can still break the law, carry illegal weapons, shoot and kill people, and get away with it in America by shedding tears and claiming self-defense."

1619 Project's Nikole Hannah-Jones: "In this country, you can even kill white people and get away with it if those white people are fighting for Black lives. This is the legacy of 1619."

Self-proclaimed "race-baiter" Tariq Nasheed: "Killer Kyle Rittenhouse was found not guilty on all charges. I'm not surprised. It's not white privilege. It's called systematic white supremacy. Can anyone name ONE TIME in US history where a Black person drove somewhere with a gun, killed 2 ppl, & it was 'self defense?'"

Musician Skyler Acord: "F***in kyle bitch ass rittenhouse literally got away with murder cuz he was fighting for white supremacy and the american judicial system is built on it. bitch boy little f*** i hate him and his fake ass bitch tears f*** you kyle."

Activist Brittany Packnett Cunningham: "This is why many of us warned a Chauvin verdict was not the symbol of progress some wanted it to be. White supremacy has a set number of acceptable losses. Kyle Rittenhouse, and his Vigilante How-To example, simply was not one of them. They needed his blueprint."

The ACLU of Maryland: "Dangerous, disgusting, unacceptable white supremacy in #RittenhouseVerdict."

Author Stephen King: "So...the white guy goes free. Is that the message?"

Daily Beast columnist Wajahat Ali: "It's good to be a white murderer."

Actress Rachel Zegler: "kyle rittenhouse being acquitted on all charges after such heinous heinous crimes is the epitome of white privilege and exactly what is wrong with this godforsaken country."

Former "Reading Rainbow" host LeVar Burton: "Tell me again there are not two kinds justice in America!"

Actress Rosanna Arquette: "I have no faith in the justice system In America today I don't want to live in a country that is ruled by violent ignorant racists."

Actor Cary Elwes: "Another disappointing victory for White vigilantism."

Actress Bette Midler: "Kyle Rittenhouse found not guilty tho we SAW HIM kill two. Fundamentally stupid, I predict he will go on to a big career on #Fox and in #RadicalRightWing circles, which counts as a plus with them. A tragic, tragic day for decent, THINKING, feeling, ethical people everywhere."

NASCAR driver Bubba Wallace: "Ha, let the boy be black and it would've been life...hell he would've had his life taken before the bullshit trial.. sad."

MSNBC host Joy Reid: "We knew, but it's sometimes helpful to remind ourselves how America was designed to work. It continues to work as designed. We have learned again what is considered legal for *some* people to do in America. It's helpful to know where you stand in your country. Be safe out there."

Former "Star Trek" actor George Takei: "Justice denied is a body blow to our national psyche. On trial was not only a killer, but a system that continues to kill. Today that system defeated true justice, once again. But mark these words: We will never stop fighting for what is right and just."

New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio (D): "Anthony Huber and Joseph Rosenbaum are victims. They should be alive today. The only reason they're not is because a violent, dangerous man chose to take a gun across state lines and start shooting people. To call this a miscarriage of justice is an understatement."

Actress Mia Farrow: "So anyone can come to a protest, just march down the middle of the street with a massive gun - and kill people?"

Actor Josh Gad: "It has now been put it out there that vigilantes can just go and kill people protesting issues like racial equality whenever they want and get away with it. Think about that for a second."

Former swimsuit model Brooklyn Decker: "What a disaster. The precedent is terrifying. The injustice is hard to stomach."

Actress Ellen Barkin: "Kyle Rittenhouse walks free as we are all taken prisoner by our now openly authoritarian state."

I hope Rittenhouse sues Jim Crow Joe's diaper wearing ass.

A predictable reaction, but tragically led by political flunkies.

Actors can shill all they like about injustices. Who cares.

But politicians who are sworn to uphold the law, and by default the function of the Court, should not and do not have that luxury.

But then, is anyone surrpised?

America is terminally broken and only tyranny can stop the disintegration.

By the way...where ARE our American cousins who seem remarkably silent on this and other issues. Isn't the proprietor of this forum an American.

Maybe its time for him to step up and join the conversation.

As I said, I hope this comes back to bite Biden right on the ass.

I agree.

But can you imagine the turmoil and upheaval that will follow Biden being sued for slander and found liable.

That splintering sound you hear is not in your barn. It's in the country to the south of you.

Our prime minister was convicted of an ethics violation when he asked the Justice MInister at the time to intervene in the criminal prosecution of Quebec engineering giant SNC-Lavalin, which was facing bribery charges related to contracts in Libya..

President Biden is asking the public to not accept the independence of the judiciary, which is morally reprehensible if not illegal.
