I find myself leaning more towards dead's viewpoint on this one. Because I am more of a "you don't put on a condom unless you are going to fuck" kinda guy. Essentially this means that logic compels me to look at intent in every situation

so if there weren't  large numbers of illegal aliens ultimately voting in our elections despite written legislation claiming otherwise why are democrats so vehement about the following things?

1) Unmitigated mass inbound migration to unprecedented levels?
2) All kinds of goodies not provided to tax paying American citizens provided to these illegals when they arrive here
3) Staunch opposition to any kind of voting ID requirement

when you combine these three factors you produce a most obvious story and certainly a desired outcome. An outcome we are indeed watching materialize throughout the country.

plus, there is the factor to consider that there are "things that cannot be proven" and things that "have yet to be proven"

while I will agree there is no hard documentary evidence which overwhelmingly proves voter fraud I am also forced to consider that the entities ulitmately benefiting from said fraud are very powerful, motivated and financed and it therefore stands to reason they would know how to cover their tracks to a degree required to produce the conclusion you are drawing now.

So I leave my mind open to the possibility with a significant leaning towards outright fraud.

I understand why you and dsm are cynical. I am cynical too of election results in Democrat strongholds. But, I need proof before I shout voter fraud.

I want you to watch this video starting at about the 5:58 mark. for about 2 minutes you will witness an interaction between a New York City voter and some unknown representative at a polling station.

in a nutshell the voter is attempting to provide his photo ID and the rep is insisting she cannot see it. He is naturally making a very logical inquiry -- ie: how do you know it's me.

to which the rep says "by comparing your signature"

now putting aside the facts that signatures can easily be spoofed -- even to passing muster on a computer system designed to interpret the OCR --  any logical person has to ask themselves, how did these people obtain a copy of what can be reasonably considered an ""authentic"" signature of this person to begin with. And so we are forced to drive down that rabbit hole in an effort to reverse engineer that process to ensure it's validity as well. So now you fall into a perpetual what came first the chicken or egg effect as to pertains to discovering the truth. Was the voting card that was mailed to his house maybe months, weeks or years ago deliberately left with next to no controls so that anyone could sign their name to the ballot and therefore show up at the ballot box naturally having the same signature, does the deception go deeper than that, is that machine even doing an OCR pattern match? etc etc.

in such a circumstance, with so many possible twists and turns you can easily see where a burden such as "beyond reasonable doubt" could be extremely difficult, if not impossible to reach.



Now consider a entity with means and motive to obfuscate the end result ie verification by erecting a few circumstances that require such a trip through this myriad of rabbit holes and what do you have? A zig zagging maze of obstacles designed exclusively to obfuscate the truth. Much like you would expect to see in any competent money laundering scheme

Thus, with such knowledge in hand it is reasonable to conclude that you may never find any proof of voter fraud as the end to end scenario which may provide evidence of the same has been deliberately scrambled, obfuscated, transposed and made difficult to extrapolate. Again, exactly what you would expect to see in a competant money laundering scheme -- principles are the same, only the data and end objectives are different.

So now the question becomes ""why"" -- why would the process in this day and age be so intentionally convoluted if not for the intent to deceive?
