OMG I did a colon cleanse this morning

 My daughter really wants us to make kimchi. We do meatless monday and use tempeh a lot. I like it better than tofu.



 Miso soup is a fav here and yogurt. We eat a lot of yogurt.



 I've actually never tried kefir. I've seen it and thought about it but havent tried it yet.   Maybe now I will.

 Try it. You can get different flavors. My favorite is ginger. My husband hates it. I love it :D
