If you eat anything greasy or fried on Ozempic. It's like my stomach sends me a signal NOT to eat a particular food if I see it.







I've lost 21 pounds and am eating healthy. Walking everyday too.

Ozempic isn't the way I would lose weight. The walking is good though.

I am an active guy, so all I had to do to lose weight and keep it off was cut out bread. That aint easy for a Uke.

My wife uses it to control her sugar levels and I personally think it isnt very good for her, overall. She has gastric issues too and no food sounds good to her.

Don't use that stuff.  But keep up with the walks.



I ude to get 10,000+ steps per day before my accident.  I'm obviously not getting that much now...it sucks...but I still go out everyday for a short walk.  Once my legs fully heal, I want to keep up the 10 thou steps.

Speaking of explosive diarrhea...I found out today my ex is dating some new woman...I guess his marriage didn't last  :laugh3:   what a loser....this new chick is in for a wild ride!  Thank the Lord I have a no contact order on him!!
