Dune on AppleTV... not bad I reckon. Dune 2 should come out next year. Should make a good conclusion to the old 80's classic.

Critics are giving it around an 8/10 for the first instalment.

What is your opinion of AppleTV?


I love it. If you have an IPhone you also get you have your music library accessible through the TV. There's a good series called See that I recently watched which was exceptionally good.

Agreed, he didn't have a major part in the recent Dune '21 but played his character well. I'm hoping that he comes back in Dune'23 ...not giving any spoilers away.

Totally. The kid had a glimpse of Jason's character standing amongst that tribe, as a seer of sorts, who knows? We might see him again in the next instalment?

Mathew Reilly has been talking about his debut for years. My mother and I read all his books. 14 or so.  I've read three more since my mother passed away. We have several signed books and even went to one of his talks in a Sydney theatre. Books are what made my mother and I so close. There's not a night that goes by without me reading at least a chapter or two before I sleep at night. Passing out drunk excluded. Which really doesn't happen all too often... truth be told.
