Australia too... 10's of thousands of dollars sometimes to travel through Indonesia and hit our northern shores where vehicles and airplanes pick them up quickly and whisk them away to regional cities, where they make their way to capital cities quite quickly.

And because Australian cops have NEVER been able to legally inquire about immigration status during stops or temp detainment for whatever, they aren't flagged and are left to move along.
