I dont see anything wrong with talking to ANYONE. The problems come from when shitbags like Dead Kennedy, the Lyin of the Senate, sets up a meeting with USSR officials to undermine our POTUS, like he did to Reagan. Dead Kennedy should have been executed for treason.
