The judge (Teresa Stokes) who released Decarlos Brown Jr. (the one who stabbed Irina in Charlotte) is running side businesses which allow her to profit from repeat offenders, incentivizing light sentences and maximum recidivism.

So far, these include (but may not be limited to):

>Wing Heaven Sports Haven, LLC
>Pinnacle Recovery Services, LLC

Her LinkedIn had evidence of a conflict of interest (seen in previous image), listing her both as the judge, Director of Operations of "Second Chance Services", and a Co-Founder of the Pinnacle Recovery Services, the recovery center that criminals could have been sent to for her and possible colleagues (Alberto Leslie, Quinton Davis) to profit off of.

This means she was given federal money every time criminals were sent to the recovery service.

Her LinkedIn page was this link, but it now leads to a 404 after she (Or LinkedIn itself) deleted her page

Decarlos Brown was not sent to Pinnacle or Second Hand when Teresa was the magistrate for his last case before the murder, but this does not mean Teresa is completely free of guilt, as she has shown that she has something to hide with taking all of her links down.
