No, but we stuck our noses inside. They give you a hospital gown to wear when you enter. I will post a pic of it tonight. We did have a meal across the street at Hennesey's.

Good thing because their burgers can get kinda sloppy.

If you ever get the chance to go there try one of their maple/bacon shakes. Sounds gross but they are amazing.  ac_dance

I can't say there was anything on the menu that excited either one of us. I am not really a pizza person, but I did like the pie at Chicago Brewing Co. inside the The Four Queens. My husband liked their home brews.

It's not for everyone and it can get a bit twisted and macabre. It's a real trip when one of the nurse/waitresses comes over to you and puts a stethoscope on your chest and gives a listen to your arteries clogging.  ac_toofunny

I've find that most pizza outside the NYC/Philly area isn't all that good but being from the east coast I'm biased and spoiled.

People go there for the experience rather than the fast food. Judging by how busy it was, their schtick seems to be successful.

Quote from: "Renee"The article mentions "no-go" zones???? I thought the blind ass, PC obsessed, prog politicians in the EU and of course or resident blind ass, PC obsessed, prog (you know who you are) said those "no-go" zones don't exist? Why do they keep popping up in the news, on blogs and in official law enforcement reports? Strange. ac_umm

I find it interesting that the people who actually live and work near these fictitious "no-go" zones seem to have a different outlook on this issue.

Fox News apologized four separate times for claiming there were no-go zones. A French tv show went to several "no-go zones" and found no problem and nothing unusual. Conservative Prime Minister David Cameron called the Fox News commentator a "complete idiot".

But you have a link to a document that you can't even read and doesn't even mention Muslims in any way. Fuck reality! They exist in your mind and that's good enough for you!

Oh it's definitely the novelty and the marketing of the place that brings the people in.

And the burgers aren't bad either, especially if you are looking to get a good case of the "meat sweats".  ac_toofunny

Oops, that was supposed to be $7.40.

Hey, which hotel did you stay in on Fremont or did you stay on the Las Vegas Blvd strip?

On the Blvd. First time was at the "Four Seasons" the second was at the "Pallazzo". Both hotels are very different from each other. Can't really say which one I preferred but the Canyon Ranch Spa at the Pallazzo was incredible. I could have stayed at the spa the whole time we were in Vegas and not cared if I saw or did anything else. ac_dance

I managed to get some pool and spa time too. Fuck, it was warm every day including 25 degrees one day(78-79), so I had to take advantage of that. I have stayed at Mandalay Bay and the Flamingo on Blvd.

I have to get at least two spa days in when I go on vacation otherwise I feel like the vacation was a bust.

When ever we stay anywhere, the first thing I do at check-in is book a day at the spa in the beginning and at the end of the vacation. It really takes the edge off and puts me in good mood.

That's a good idea, but we only had 5 nights. Besides, it cuts into my gambling time. ac_dance

QuoteLondon mayor Boris Johnson has mocked Bobby Jindal for talking "complete nonsense", after the Republican governor of Louisiana claimed there were "no-go" areas in the British capital in which only Muslims are allowed.

"There are no no-go zones," he said. "It isn't true". Johnson added that he would be "more than happy to personally escort" Jindal to "any area of London he thinks is a no-go zone".

Yeah okay more stupidity from the resident Muslim apologist.

Do you really think that a Mayor of a city is going to admit that their policies have led to a major cultural problem under their watch? Are you so niave that you don't know how politicians think and work????? ac_toofunny

You do know that there are still some political types that will not admit that it was their economic and social policies that led to the catastrophic urban blight seen in places like Detroit, don't cha?

Unfortunately only weak minded liberals don't recognize that those same liberal politicians are clowns and jokers. In fact they are an awful lot like you only they are not as dumb.  ac_toofunny They at least have a self-serving reason to keep their heads in the sand. Your only reason is that you enjoy acting like a sheep.

As I said, people like you will only admit that there is something wrong when a Kranny packed with C4 is stuffed up your paper ass. But even then, if the fuse is long enough, it still might take you awhile to realize your foolishness. ac_toofunny
