The dark meat meat is excellent soups, stir frys and so on.


I dont like the way turkey tastes after several days. So thats good you freeze it after carving it. White is best for sammiches yes lol.



Ooooo, I never thought of using it in a stir fry! Dont think I have ever had soup with turkey in it.

I feel ya, and honestly I have to be in the mood for it, and Im picky about it. I think ladies tend to like it more, simply cause men usually want something that feels like we are actually eating something  :laugh:
