Last night, tacos.

Tonight, leftover tacos lol

Now no more tacos  

What all do you put on your tacos?

I use hard shells, then cheddar, then the meat/seasoning mix, then hot sauce, then tomatoes, then lettuce. Thats my standard taco. Sometimes I'll add avocado, sometimes I'll make different tacos, like with salmon or something.

That's a whole different type of taco lol

I have this avocado tomatillo salsa I make that is awesome on a salmon taco.

Carne asada or al pastor, soft corn tortillas, cilantro, Chile and lime. People throw in onions but I don't like em

The soup has whole wheat vermicelli, firm tofu, bell peppers, red peppers, broccoli, enoki mushrooms, onion and garlic..



It's quite filling.....no rice required.
