Well I skipped the deli meat this week, and baked some chicken in hot sauce. Been eating hot sauce chicken with salad for lunches.

I'm making chicken cacciatore from some ruffed grouse that was given to us.

Its not bad, basic lol. I just cover the top of the chicken, not the whole dish. The chicken makes enough juices to make extra sauce.

I "think" it was in this thread I was talking about it lol. Monday - Thursday at work I would eat deli turkey on whole grain, with a salad for lunch at work (Friday is Chef Boyardee lol).



Iron was one of the ones and maybe one other that kinda inspired me to do some chicken instead of sammiches.



I also been doing good with Not as Much Booze November lol. I only had a half bottle instead of a whole one this week lol.

I had 6 tacos with a certain type of rice last night. Never enough tacos lol.



Tonight is Jam night, so might be some grilled burgers when I get home.

Tonight we had a combo plate. Had nachos, quesadilla, and what they call taquitos. Two small tortilla with chicken, cilantro, and onions. Pretty tasty and hit the spot tonight.
