Normally I just drizzle olive oil, season and bake on a pan for an hour, chop and toss in lemon juice.  But tonight I wrapped them in tinfoil with seasoning/olive oil...I want to see the difference....they're still cooking.

I had a haddock tacos yesterday. They were just so so.

Blazor

Friday was Shrimp Jambalaya.

Saturday was a 1/3lb thick burger from Hardees. (national fast food day)

Sunday I made a pot roast, with biscuits.

Tonight was suppose to be fried chicken tenders, but might just have leftovers.

Taco Tuesday tomorrow.
I've come here to chew bubble gum, and kick ass. And I'm all out of bubblegum.

Either or. In September I made a pork one, last night was a beef one. With plenty of taters and carrots.

In the USA, pot roast means a roast cooked in a pot?

Traditionally a Dutch Oven over a fire lol. But I have a roasting pan my dad gave me not long ago that I did this one in. Second best thing. Could also be done in a crockpot. I would do a Dutch if I had one, as I hear it adds flavor. Which should be true since frying in cast iron is SO much better than a coated pan.

A Dutch oven is just a type of pot.

Calling a pot an oven is like calling a lunch box a fridge.
