We roasted two lemon, rosemary, and garlic chickens. They were perfect.

Going to be a brisket kind of weekend. Using Pecan wood for the smoke. Going to make another batch of caramelized onion bbq sauce. Tasty stuff. Get the rub on today and let it sit in the fridge till early in the morning.

That's right, it's American Independence Day weekend. When is the day off, today or Monday?

Today is the day off since the 4th falls on Saturday this year.
I've learned that if someone asks you a really stupid question and you reply by telling them what time it is, they'll leave you alone
