I'm making something different tonight..



Tonight it's Greek chicken and potatoes in lemon garlic sauce.

Thanks for reminding me that we have a butterfly lamb roast in a cryo pack with rosemary that is sitting in the back of the fridge which needs to be fished out and roasted before it expires...

I Googled it....I don't think it's sold anywhere in Canada.

They're only off the Southern waters of Oz...

We can get kangaroo and emu meat in a few places..



But, I don't know of any importer of gummy shark.

You could probably get similar species like dogfish sharks...

I've seen fishermen on North American East Coast beaches reeling in small sand sharks for eating, so there's probably something similar on the West Coast...  ac_dunno
