I've seen fishermen on North American East Coast beaches reeling in small sand sharks for eating, so there's probably something similar on the West Coast...  ac_dunno

Maybe there is, but I haven't seen it.

Ordered some different Cajun spiced meats. Had a stuffed pork chop with a salad tonight. With the seasoned pork stuffing these things were at least 2 inches thick. They were so good. Been a long time. Used to have an outside salesman that lived in Louisiana. He would take an order from us and bring it in the next time he came to town. We ordered 75 chops one time. We were in an little industrial complex and I think there were 5 companies that ordered that time. We also got some fresh deer/pork/garlic sausage, tasso, boudin, other sausages and seafood stuffed pork chops. Probably been 15 years since I had these. Did I mention they were good....LOL
