Thawing out the last two chops today. Should look very similar to this when done...

Been a long time. Used to have an outside salesman that lived in Louisiana. He would take an order from us and bring it in the next time he came to town. We ordered 75 chops one time. We were in an little industrial complex and I think there were 5 companies that ordered that time. We also got some fresh deer/pork/garlic sausage, tasso, boudin, other sausages and seafood stuffed pork chops. Probably been 15 years since I had these. Did I mention they were good....LOL
