Just found a bag full of beef jerky from last year...



But they keep on getting more salty in the freezer and these are really salty now.





I´m gonna make an oldskool beef jerky soup.

We Ukes have solyanka soup which has cured meat in it.

Not bad... people seem to love it. As with the salmon, there are also barramundi farms around.



I prefer gummy shark, whiting, or salmon though.
