Okay, I thought it was a dessert.


It's a batter bread; either savoury or sweet, depending on how it's prepared.  Not a dessert, more of a side, like a muffin, not a cake.

I tried it when we drove to Disneyland when the children were small..



It was kind of sweet, but not even as sweet as banana bread.

Pumpkin and avacado on the same plate..
