As international delegates struggle to reach a climate-change agreement in a new round of talks, a United Nations survey of 6.7 million people shows the world doesn't care much about global warming.



The ongoing online survey of citizens of 193 countries plus the Palestinian territories found that education ranked number one of 16 subjects in the poll. Climate change landed at the bottom in the overall results, below access to telephones and the Internet, although some individual countries placed it higher.

Despite the ardent, POLITICAL scare mongering of the left, people are generally apathetic to the issue of global warming...largely because its clear we can do nothing about it.



The problem the Left has with those of us who "deny" is that they portray us as denying "reality". Deniers do NOT deny the world's temperature is changing, because it ALWAYS changes. Deniers DO NOT accept that the arguments of the Left, promulgated by their academic cadres (how many inhabitants of academia are rightists?) that mankind is making the planet warmer, and only by adopting goofy socialist measures will we save the planet.



Deniers do NOT deny the need for a cleaner environment. But not in the context of "Clean it or it will die" hysteria. In my opinion, there is no coincidence between the strident increase in global warm-ongering and the collapse of communism. The left lost a key foundation of its being...creating a workers paradise...and suddenly found a new building block for leftist idealism. Deniers, as the left calls us in their habit of demonising those who do not agree with them, have not been fooled by their Trojan Horse...and the world has listened.



We must clean the planet whenever and wherever we can, and we should not ignore the fact that much has already been done.



Yet while you guys are apparently roasting up there in the north, I am freezing my ass off in uncommonly cold weather for this time of year, with howling wind and driving rain.

I am sure opinions vary.  I'm asking you if you are aware of what the scientific consensus is on the issue.

Does C02 follow or lead any changes in climate? There are some within the community that believe the former. My point being is that Hansen's view of consensus is not what he would have us believe if you start looking beyond joint statements.

We don't get -30C+ winters here like we used to.  We don't get feet upon feet of snow like we used to.  The impact of this is huge.

That's just a lefty swerve. When their screeching about "global warming" proved fallacious when it was observed it wasn't warming at all, they switched jargon to "climate change".



Of course the climate is changing. Its always changing.



Any day now, we're going to see some lard-headed, bearded, scum encrusted academic who's never held a real job declare that the world is in dire danger because the globe is spinning slower, and its because of humans.  And the left will all leap up with cries of "stop global deceleration", and call for a cull of humans. Something they've shown a rather deft hand at in the past.

I believe in climate change and I believe man has likely played a role in it. I detest the way the IPCC has become the ultimate authority on the subject. Their climate models have been wrong and the solutions they put forward will not work. Treaties will not work because cheating will be the norm. Western countries cheat, so don't expect developing nations that don't see climate change as a priority to care about C02 treaties. If we feel at least some action must be taken on climate change then it has to be through adaptation and innovation not through the UN. A scientific problem cannot be solved with a political solution.

My thoughts is liberal politics from the so called left, and right in western countries.

Politicians will break us down from within, and so falls the Roman empire.

Those with any bit of intelligence knows what I'm saying.  



Islam should not be an issue unless in their own countries, but meddling warmongers, and people feeling sorry for them has to rattle their chains.

Stop letting them into the western countries, deport the hate mongers.



China would not have acted up if one person showed some balls, and wouldn't have gave them out tech.

Another lets them on our bases, and navel ships with cameras, not to mention letting them build a massive base on our soil.

One opened trade, and let our own companies sell out to move there.

One vise president is working for them as a lobbyist.



That's just a little of my rant, there is a lot more. Think about who the threat is, it's not the people who hate us as much as the ones that's selling us out.
