Sales of US new homes fell for a third straight month in June, dropping by 6.6 percent to the lowest level in more than a year, while the median new house price fell by 5 percent month-over-month, according to a government report.

Don't get me wrong, I love Vancouver. I'm just disappointed in the filthy areas in downtown.

I'm watching the Olympics. Hell yes. I'm not missing anything. I enjoy it. The swimming contests were exciting.

Simone Biles quit the Olympic gymnastic team to take care of her mindfulness. As a result, the team finished second next to the Russians. Totally unexpected by the team that she would do this. Folks have mixed emotions but this is a slippery slope anyway. If you applaud her, you're woke. If you don't, you're racist because she's black.
