Nice!!!! .. the whole area is beautiful

I have four days off consecutively. We are staying in Canmore. It's our first trip outside BC.since we came to Canada.

I took a side trip to Banff when I went out West. My eyes popped out of my head when I saw elk. I am such an Ontario city boy.

I have one that looks exactly like the one on the right! Except it has a native design in one area since I got it from Seattle. It does keep drinks cold!

They don't have bikes like that at the gym I used to go to.

There is some kind of a nuclear thing going on in Arkangel, Russia...



Its 700km to the east from where I live.





And once again, the russians are awfully cryptic on whats going on..
