A single shot of a 12 gauge pipe shottie into the rear tyre might be enough to slow them down or completely stop them but alas, only, the cowardly and always late to the party cops here are the only ones permitted to have a loaded firearm on them in a moving vehicle much less in general, unless somebody flips out and disregards rules as in this case.
