Quit smoking

Get actively involved in a political campaign

A long distance and longer term bike and camping trip

Do you mean run in a campaign or just volunteer with a candidate?

I would like to stand as a candidate for elected office.

RW

I've thought about doing that too.  I've been encouraged to run municipally but I think I'd be crushed if I lost.

Losing after putting so much into a run would be a bitter pill to swallow.

RW

I've seen it many times.  It can be crushing.  I hope you do run for the experience but that your campaign is successful :)

I would only run if I thought I had reasonable chance of success.

Do you speak of politics? First wife became interested, and was quite successful, on the State level. She was way liberal. Something I would never consider.

1. A healthy outcome to what's coming up.

2. Buy property abroad.

3. Control my temper.

1. Get all my children out of the house and on their own.

2. Fit back into the clothes I wore in HS.

2. Become a crazy hermit lady living with like 30 dogs.

3. Die and be dead for weeks before any one discovers my half eaten body.

You asked.  :sneaky2:
\"A man\'s rights rest in three boxes. The ballot-box, the jury-box and the cartridge-box.\"

I grew up in a political sphere so I understand the workings of it and how the game is really played.  I wouldn't consider myself way anything really.
