Well I been wondering about the upcoming Amazon series of Lord of the Rings, so I googled some. Glad I did! So excited! It was rumored that the first season would focus on early Aragorn, but thats not the case, as its set in "the Second Age". Hobbit and Lord of the Rings took place in the 3rd age. 2nd age spans like 3000 years or so, 2000 or so in 3rd. So these will be stories from the Silmarilion! So exciting! I was hoping for that novel to of been done like the movies, but since its going to be 5 seasons, maybe it will work out. This will be the most expensive series done ever, first season having 20 episodes. Heres a link with more info if you want lol....

I been waiting about 3 years already on this lol. Was a bidding war between streaming services, Netflix almost got it, but Amazon bought the rights at $250 million! Only 2 more years to go lol. This will be way bigger than Game of Thrones, mark my words

Water somewhat working again, pressure dialed back way too much though. Took me WAY too long to catch up on dishes. Swept and mopped after that. Time for bed. Tomorrow is another day. Hope you all have crazy dreams tonight lol, I love those kind lol.

Are they going to fix the water pressure?

I sure hope so! I think I could fill the sink faster if I pissed in it lol. My piping to the kitchen is a smaller diameter than what goes to the tub. So if there isnt enough pressure, it trickles. Last night I had to take 2 big pots and fill them up from the tub with hot water, cause the water would turn cold in the sink by the time it filled up using that faucet.



They had a plumber there yesterday to repair the drain line, but then I find out the truth cause the plumber told me.... the guy landlord sent him to "make sure it was on my end", but the plumber says no, its on his end. Like I knew from the beginning! Hell even the lady manager that came out 2 weeks ago saw the roots on the camera! So back to square one.

I've been nice, I've been patient, and understanding, but since Zack still insists on trying to pin this plumbing situation on me, and not take care of the problem, Im ready to go on the offense.



The reason I believe this is so, is because the first plumber that Zack sent, told me y'all wanted to be sure it wasnt on y'all's end. Same with the last plumber, y'all wanted to be sure it was on me.



I was under the understanding that the plumber that was coming yesterday, was coming to replace the line, not check it AGAIN, and then give you a call to see how to proceed. The plumber I called 2 weeks ago had already addressed the issue, that there was a root in the line, on y'all's end. Its 16 feet from the point I am responsible for. Dana, who has been nothing but nice, has been trying to take care of this, and at least returns my calls, saw it on the camera 2 weeks ago as well. I'll gladly attach the picture I took at that time, that shows this.



It has been officially a month with the plumbing issue alone.



Second, the water issue, its running again, but the pressure is too low. My sink fills so slow, that the water is cold before I can even use it. Like 10 minutes to fill halfway.



I have not gotten a response about any discount off my lot rent, yet I dont feel I should pay this month, and thats being generous.



My sons birthday was ruined, Christmas was ruined, I have had to stay elsewhere off and on, to shower, do laundry, and use the bathroom elsewhere for half the month, then putting crap coated toilet paper in a trash can the other half. Dishes pile up, stinking up the place and making things unsanitary. Women come here, and they dont feel comfortable either, having to put bloody toilet paper in a trash can and such, let alone the other issues. I have also had to pay $198 out of my pocket for plumbing expenses. Let alone the 3 days of work I've had to miss to meet plumbers. This is a $500 loss out of my pocket, not including having to go other places to shower and live.



I'd like to know if you feel I should still pay the remaining $137 after plumbing deductions. A response would be appreciated today as its getting closer to time for me to mail my lot rent, and I had already asked about this.



Or I could be nasty, since its been longer than allowed since you have been notified of this, and according to Virginia state law I can put this lot rent in escrow. Its up to you if you wanna respond or not this time.



Im trying to give y'all a chance to make this right. But when I hear that you want to pin this on me, and not take responsibility, it makes me angry. Im not the one to be messed with.



I'll be looking for a reply when I get home.
