This world is not my home,

Im just'a passin' through.

My treasures and my hopes,

Are all beyond the blue.

For many friends and kindred,

Have gone on before.

And I cant feel at home,

In this world anymore.

A religious themed song.

Yes, I posted it on the page prior.....

The Carter Family, great band, 'round here.

I dont discriminate on religious tunes. A good tune is a good tune.

I dont deny Im spiritual. Part Christian, part Buddhist, part who knows lol.

It hits me in the heart, I know that.
I've come here to chew bubble gum, and kick ass. And I'm all out of bubblegum.

Indeed Fash. It goes back even further than bluegrass. As long as its joyous, I see no problem with it  ac_dance

It's unique. As I said, it's the type of music it takes some time to appreciate.

The music has to glorify the Lord to be gospel.

I have eclectic tastes in music for a 55 year old. I like everything from classical to eighties British New Wave to punk, ska, and some Nu Metal. And sorry, I like show tunes. Call it a stereotype if you wish.
