I post certain things, since I do not keep the link on my 'puter.  I keep a very clean 'puter, and the only way I can track some of my shit is to go back many pages on other forums.



This is more for me, rather than caring if someone else wants to hear my shit.

I have to take 4,000 iu of vitamin D. I had to take a once a week 50000 iu of Drisdol for 5 weeks before starting the 4000 iu daily regiment.



Dr. says I have a deficiency. Still not sure if she was taking about Vitamin D or my mental capacity.  ac_unsure
