Watched the hearing on the case he was locked up for 9 - 22 yrs

Panel are voting now on release after 9 yrs

While I do think he did the murders, I also think this case was not a correctly ruled case and he was prosecuted and judged and sentenced on it only because people felt he skated on the murder case and this was an opportunity to lock him up.

Decision expected shortly. I'll stick my neck out and say that I'm guessin he will be released. If not, I'll adjust the re-title thread accordingly and admit I was wrong

Robbery and kidnapping.

Even if he gets parole, he won't be released until October.

That's so good it needs the text

BEREA, OH – The Cleveland Browns are looking to be anything more than an embarrassment this season, and with Brock Osweiler at quarterback, the team is looking for someone they can hand the ball of too.

They may have found their guy.

QuoteAccording to ESPN's Adam Schefter, the Browns and O.J. Simpson have agreed to terms on a 2-year contract worth 14 million, with 5 million of that money guaranteed.

"We thought he was the type of player worth taking a stab at," new Browns GM Sashi Brown told reporters after news broke. "We've gone over the film and the guy is obviously talented."

The veteran Simspon will join a backfield that includes Isiah Crowell and Duke Johnson, who will likely take most of the first or second down snaps.

"He's not to good when it comes to first or seconds chances, so we think he'll be a crucial third down back for us," Brown added. "He doesn't use firepower, but can really knife through the defense to get those short-yard pickups"

According to Schefter, Simpson's contract has numerous incentives including Pro-Bowl appearances, Super Bowl appearances (LOL), any runs longer than the one he had in his white Bronco, and the ability to not murder anyone during the length of his contract..

After the announcement, Simpson, now 70, spoke with reporters saying, "I may be old, but no defense scares me. I've been a part of the best defense in history, this is child's play."

Simpson was also asked if he was excited to play in Cleveland, which he jokingly responded with, "I thought they said I was leaving prison?"
