Alberta doesn't allow tables in mall food courts, and malls were supposed to take out all benches. Every mall in the area complied with provincial rules exceot this one. As you can see in these pics, people were buying food in the court and then taking it to to benches and tables and eating in blatant violantion of provincial rules.



While we are rightfully pissed off at politicians who break the rules, I doubt anybody in these pics holds elected office.

Alberta must have low fines, if they are willing to take the risk of not removing tables and benches.

Maybe, and they likely have deep pockets to pay all the fines. I don't like this Gestapo lockdown horseshit one bit. First of all, restrictions aren't working they did in March. Secondly, once we have all vulnerable groups vaccinated in the first phase, why keep martial law.
