Haha, I wasn't exactly thrilled about the idea either. Ah well, the name is not really a big deal even if it is a religious one. ;)

While she is changing the name back she should replace that ugly cross with the original symbol of ACF.

Haha, pretty fucking close to the truth aint it. Still, I would rather read the stories of complete losers than being beat over the head with holy roller bible bs.

Obvious Li

Odinson

I do not remember the original logo.

Templars and such are awesome. Their crosses were cool.

It's not the looks of the cross that irks me. It is the religion it stands for.

I was surprised too when Fash changed it. It does not bother me much though.

This is isn't exactly the old time gospel hour ffs.

That's not a Templar. That's a knight of the Teutonic order. Similar but different. The Order of Brothers of the German House of Saint Mary in Jerusalem were contemporaries of the Templars and the Hospitallers. The Sigel on the knight's surcoat looks like an artist's rendition of a Hockmeister or Grandmaster of the order. Lower ranking knights and soldiers wore the simple black German cross trimmed in white. Also the crest on the knight's great helm is typically German or Northern European so it kind of gives the ethnic identity of the knight away.

Don't ask me why I know this. It's just that I've always been fascinated with the religious military orders of medieval Europe and the crusades.

I do know the knights of the teutonic order.

I just couldnĀ“t find more cooler picture.

I think "hospitalier" is the correct term.

The crest of the knights teutonic was usually a black cross. I do not remember if it was an iron cross.

"Hospitallers, also spelled Hospitalers" - According to Britanica.

But I think I may have seen it spelled "Hospitalier" somewhere as well.
