The bronzewing looks like a beautiful pigeon..



I've never seen finches like that Bricktop.

I took my sister to Serpentine Dam this afternoon...Lunch on the veranda overlooking the dam and making friends with the wildlife.

You should see the colours as it moves around. From Aqua to Bronze. It's like an opal. Abalone shell, even.

I waited half an hour in front of the otter enclosure at the Adelaide Zoo, waiting for the pups to appear.



When they did and I got just a few shots of very little quality, it was like a lottery win!!!



For a few minutes I LOVED my camera more than anything in the world.
