Yesterday I went to Serpentine Dam at Jarrahdale WA and took plenty of shots of tiny birds and I think this is a picture of a Hooded Robin ??? (or White-breasted Robin) and if it is, then it's the first time I've captured one... But to the right of the Hooded Robin/White-breasted Robin is either a Silver-eye or a little Brown Honey-eater.  



We put a saucer down underneath the tap last week and it's still there this week    and we turned on the tap and all the little birds came for a bath. It was WONDERFUL.



It's too bad they won't let me closer and I have to use my crumby Zoom which takes ordinary shots. It's shit. Times like these I wished I had a better camera.

I made these to show people what I see. My camera really shits me going in and out of focus but I've noticed in some movies their cameras do the same.

We get those on the East Coast... I'd like to get 7-8 of them on a bamboo skewer stick, but they are so fast! At best, I get maybe 4, then use them as bait for the Murray Cod...  ac_dunno

I get them out of a lake full of river channels in it... they're very clean fish... though my eating preference is Yellow Belly...
