I'll eat whatever I want.  I don't like eating meat often...it clogs up the poop shoot.  Ever notice people who eat meat everyday don't poop everyday...and when they do they have a hard time and spend forever in the bathroom.  My fruits and veggies keep me regular with soft poops and no strain to push at all.
