it was 9.6 kilos or about 21 pounds. My mom bought that new pan, but it was useless. You can't get hands under the handles with oven mitts on. It three people to get it of the oven.

Really like this view. ac_drinks

It's been a chilly fall Zetsu..

How has it been in Toronto?

It's been getting colder for us too, though I'm kind of glad since now I have an excuse to stay more often at home. Love it when it's freezing outside yet you feel so warm indoors, lol.

I hate winter.

I should post a picture of our turkey. My mom outdid herself.

Winter can be a bit depressing sometime when it gets dark outside, but I like the festive mood during the holidays. Plus least your mom bakes nice food, while my mom is a vegetarian and refrains from cooking almost any meat in the house.

I love X-Mas too. However, January and February are depressing months.

I hate Christmas anymore.

I start getting down after Halloween til St. Patrick's day lol.

I love Christmas, even though my children are growing up.

That's stuffing..

It's mostly broken up bread with some diced potato, butter, sage and poultry seasoning..

I also put diced celery and garlic puree in mine..

My husband likes it as much as the turkey itself.

I dont like the stuffing when its cooked in the bird, but Im sure yours is good Fash.

I really like these stuffing patties my mother in law makes! If I could ask for one thing each Thanksgiving, give me a dozen of those. She basically makes these homemade stuffing patties that have veggies and turkey mixed in it, and bakes them. SO GOOD.

I am just the opposite. I like the stuffing in the bird better.

When I was a kid, my mother put pine nuts and cranberries in her stuffing.

The stuffing inside the turkey is moister..

I put the drippings from the turkey in the stuffing that's outside the turkey..

My husband likes lots of stuffing leftovers.

No stuffing for us this year. And no leftovers either. We had a tiny little pheasant with a few sides.

I like it mixed in with mashed potatoes, green bean casserole with cream of celery soup mixed in. Sampling forkfuls of it on the plate as you eat it.

I just dont think my mom made it right in the bird lol.

My mom made stuffing patties too, before I met my mother in law, and they were real good too, but my mother in laws are better.

All depends with me. I like stuffing patties, cause they have a slight crispyness to the outside, while being moist on the inside. Sometimes I put gravy on them, sometimes not, all depends. The bird gets gravy for sure!

Do you bake them or fry them. We have fried leftover stuffing with cheese and gravy like a poutine before. Unhealthy, but damned good.
